The administration is headed by an Administrator, Mrs. Dora Kapambwe and has Mrs Lombe Zulu as Librarian.We also have Mrs. Abigail Siame and Mrs. Maureen Lumpyani as Secretaries, Sister Julie Katebe as school nurse, Mr. Maxwell Munthali as Print room operator and Mr. Steven Masumba as Office orderly. All the cleaners are under this department and are supervised by Mr. Aston Phiri.

The Finance Department is headed by Mr. William J. Osborn MBE as finance manager and is assisted by an accountant Mr. Zinix Nyirenda and an assistant accountant Mrs. Abigail Chellah and Mr. Chilufya Nuwekwe.

The Estate Department is headed by an Estate Manager, Mr. Godwin Makenja. He is assisted by two supervisors Mr. Kenneth Mwanayanda and Mr. Stanly Musole.

The other maintenance staff are a Chief Security Officer, Mr. Evaristo Sondashi, a carpenter Mr. Alfred Musonda, Bricklayer Mr. Mathews Ndoriji and handyman Mr. Mutanuka Simanye and the guards.
